What is the benefit of utilizing Personnel Solutions in my job search?

Many clients that we have established relationships with don’t advertise for their open positions anywhere other than our service.

Registering with Personnel Solutions gives you access to those clients and an advantage over many other candidates seeking like job opportunities..

It’s like having an extra set of eyes assisting you in your search.

Do I pay any fees to Personnel Solutions?

Absolutely not. The cost of our services is strictly between our clients and Personnel Solutions.

How do I register with Personnel Solutions?

The best way to register with us is to submit a resume, either by email or fax, and confirm that we received it. We will review your resume for the appropriate experience and longevity, according to our company standards.

If you meet the criteria, we will contact you to schedule an appointment here in our office that will involve the registration process, an interview and computerized skills testing.

You will also be responsible for providing two professional references that we can verify employment with.

What happens after the registration process is complete?

Our professional staff begins the job search for you. We evaluate your skills, experience, personality and wage requirements against our open job orders.

If we feel that you match up to what the client is looking for, then we submit your resume to the position. If we do not have an open job that is suitable for you, we don’t stop there.

We then contact our established client base and market your resume to them. We work hard to find the best placement for you with a competitive wage.
